The Café on Lumpkin is housed in a historic 1920’s home, serving coffee, tea, breakfast, pastries, sandwiches, soups, salads, & other light fare.
Afternoon Tea is served the traditional way: a variety of quality teas served with three-tiered fare including tea sandwiches, British scones with housemade clotted cream & jams, & Battenberg Cake, macarons, lemons tarts, & other sweets.

We offer a traditional afternoon tea service, which includes a pot of tea with savories, scones, clotted cream & jam, & sweets. We also serve a Children's Tea, as well as dairy free afternoon tea, gluten free afternoon tea, & vegan or vegetarian afternoon teas.
We also have Afternoon Tea At Your Place, which is a Low Tea for take-out. These make for a special gift, & are a unique treat to enjoy wherever you please!
Afternoon Tea is served all day Monday - Friday, & 2pm - 5pm Saturdays & Sundays.

Guests may park behind our building. There is a passageway to the parking-lot on the south side of our building, next to the Georgia Credit Union building.
You can place an order online, by phone, or at our walk-up window located in the Café Nook by our front door.

Yes! Our menu changes frequently, but we do our absolute best to be conscious of guests' dietary restrictions, preferences, & allergies. Please alert us to your dietary restriction, & we will be happy to point you in the right direction.
We bake it from scratch! Heavy cream goes into our oven for 13 hours, then it is chilled for another 6 hours, & what we are left with is clotted cream & "baked" milk. Clotted cream pairs perfectly with our scones.
We use the baked milk in our scones, which gives them a rich, roasted, almost sweet aroma. All in all, our scones take about 20 hours to make!
